How to produce more milk?

Is there something I can do to try to produce more milk? I feel like when I pump I'm not getting enough for my baby to be full, I am back to work and don't want to have to give her formula

Sometimes we think that we don't have enough milk , but actually the baby is doing just fine on what it is getting. Pumping does not remove milk as well as the baby so your breast might not feel as empty as after nursing. The best way to increase your milk supply is to nurse as often as possible when you are with your baby because that empties the breast. The more is emptied, the more will be made.
