hey gals...been awhile since I was on here....good news, I'm expecting a third in September.....but am stressed due to not really planning well...oops...it's looking like there is a good chance that in order for me to be able to take maternity leave I will need to go back to work after delivery for 2 to maybe 3 weeks...this is due to me working seasonally and in order to have enough hours to qualify for maternity.....Just looking for advice, want to be happy and excited about birth but am worried about nursing.....I know I can....Just wondering how that will work with me only being home with baby for a week?? then going back to full time hours for 2 maybe 3 weeks....scared I'm setting up for failure......do u think I can make it work.....pumping isn't really an option, I've never been successful with my other two while nursing and only after a week I'm scared it won't work.....the only options I've thought of is either seeing whereas I'm only 2 minutes from home, coming and nursing on morning 15minute break and then my lunch and late afternoon break??? or also if that doesn't work I thought maybe supplementing with formula through day for the two weeks and then trying to get my milk back up when i am off and get rid of supplementing?? I don't know worries me....hate thinking of putting the baby through any of the ideas I have at only a week old....:(....any suggestions??? also pumping at work wont work where as I have no sanitary spot to do it, I work outside....:(....I shouldn't be stressing so soon....
