Help me spread the word!

Hey everyone today I found out the name of my little baby boy Luca's heat condition. Its a rare condition called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). Unfortunately my lovely little baby passed away due to this condition and I want to spread the word. This condition can't always be found on scans but it can kill. Please help me spread the word of this heart breaking condition. Thanks everyone. Love Cath.
