Cori and Blake

These beautiful DD's are the babies of my close friend. Both died tragically on Jan. 31st 2000 on the Alaska airlines crash, heading for Seattle from Mexico. They were traveling wtih their dad, step mom, step brother and half brother, 6 months old. Cori was 8 and Blake, 6. Cori would be turning 13 on August 29th, Blake would have been 11 on April 10th. The loss of a child at anytime is so devastating and life altering. I grieve these children every day, yet cherish every minute I am blessed with my own. About 2 years after they died, I was talking to their mom after I had been up all night with my DS who was throwing up. I was tired and cranky...yet suddenly realized how Claire would give anything to have one more chance to be up all night with her sick child...
one more minute to do anything...
