Hopefully this will make sense (I used a doll for the baby).

1. Put sling on and spread the material evenly around the rings.

2. Tighten the back panel across you across your upper chest as shown.

3. Put baby in with crossed feet, feet toward the rings and tighen all around for cradle hold

4. For nursing, loosen back panel across chest as shown, while supporting baby's weight.

5. Turn baby toward your breast. Pull baby's legs out on the ring side, so they are sticking out. Make sure his bottom is cupped by the sling, and tighten that back panel around his bottom if necessary to support it. (I moved the tail of the sling out of the way so you can see better).

6. Front view. Note extra slack around baby's head, allowing for movement and privacy.

7. Nurse your baby! (you can tighten things up to make it more secure/ get baby closer to your breast)
