I finally charged the ipod and now I need to update it with some energy packed music to get me moving more during my workouts. Any suggestions? What do you listen to to pass the time? :)

me too. Except i like Nine inch Nails, disturbed etc. Also, techno, gets me going.

I used to listen to NIN back in the day :) And Korn. I am not sure about techno...guess I would have to hear it :)

Justin Timberlake's latest CD - FutureSexLove whatever. It is amazing. And yes, I am technically most likely too old to like JT.

I also like old stuff, anything from INXS' greatest hits to Janet Jackson.
