I left my lunch sitting out at home today - this sooo sucks cause I am so hungry. Yesterday I got to busy to eat much and now today I have no lunch. I am hoping this doesn't result in me binging tonight :(
I think I might still have some frozen veggies here....

Thanks, I didn't do too well. I didn't do horribly, but I was frantic to eat anything in site. I was way too hungry - I was shaking and felt sick like I used to when I had an eating disorder. I used to like that feeling - sick I know. Bad thing is when that happens I either don't end up eating at all because the hunger eventually passes or I end up bingeing. I ended up eating all kinds of crap and didn't count my calories. I kind of added them in my head though and didn't go too over. Weighed in this morning though and I have gained .2
I am upset about it, but not going to let it get me down - I gain and lose quite often before I lose if that makes sense?

Make perfect sense, I have noticed that I usually either gain or remain before a big loss. The good thing is that you are still journalling and are making an effort to be more aware of your triggers and that's important. Planning and thinking ahead is everything, especially if you have an eating disorder. I believe that eating disorders thrive on you being out of control, so planning and focusing on the next meal can somewhat prevent binging.

I totally agree, that is why I am trying to find some easy low-calorie ideas on here (especially supper because that is the hardest for me)

Progresso Soup Lite. 60 Cal per serving. The entire can is only 120 calories. The soup alone keeps me full but on my real hungry days I pair it with a salad or a lean cuisine panini.

THose lean cuisine paninis are AWESOME! I love them. Yeah, I am not so good at eating just soup alone so a salad or sandwich would work.
