New California BF Bill

Hi all,

There is a new bill here in California, AB 513, heading to the health committee this week that would mandate all insurers (including medi-cal) to cover visits to a lactation consultant and covers the cost of renting a pump. I encourage all of the Californians here to email their senator to express your support for this, as it would go a long way to helping moms and babies get the breastfeeding support they need.
