Life after breastfeeding

I have a question that I need some help with. I stopped BF my daughter a month ago when I got my period back. I had been getting less and less milk every day and then my period came. I decided to switch to formula since I wasn't able to give her the milk she needed. :-(

Anyway, I had my period a month ago. I expected it again 4 days ago, but didn't get it. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative.

Is it normal for my period to be late? I know it can take awhile to come back after BF, but I figured I would get it since I already had one and then quit BF all together.

Please let me know if this is normal. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the reply. I took 4 pregnancy test and they are all negative. I guess it's just my body getting back into the swing of things.
