Arrests for passing drugs/alcohol through breast milk?

Hi!
I'm doing some research trying to find cases in which women who used drugs or alcohol were arrested for passing those substances to their babies through their breast milk. Does anyone know of any cases like this?

I heard of one a little while ago. She was bfing in public and was obviously drunk and she was bfing. I'll see if I could find the info.
