Hello, I am shipping my milk next day air
from California to the East Coast daily. I would like to know
that if I ship the milk frozen and it arrives in a liquid cold
state, can it still be consumed? And if so, how long can it be
stored in the refrigerator? Also, I am shipping between 20-30
ounces per day.

Dear
Michele,
If you ship your milk with dry ice, it will arrive still frozen. I have had clients ship
milk from Brussels, Belgum to the US and it arrived frozen solid. Yes your milk can still
be consumed if it is cold but not still frozen. According to the Childrens Nutrition
Research Center in Houston, breast milk can be safely stored in the refrigerator for up to 7
days! Applaud yourself for the loving gift you are giving your child by shipping your milk
home daily.
Blessings back to you too!
