Joshua still not sleeping through the night

BABY'S AGE: 7 months
BABY'S PRESENT WEIGHT: 20 lbs
BABY'S BIRTH WEIGHT: 6 lbs, 6 oz

Joshua is still not sleeping through the night. Any suggestions! He wakes ups 2 sometimes 4 times a night, very hungry. We have been thinking of supplementing with formula.

Not all babies sleep through the night! Is Joshua taking some solids yet? Maybe he would enjoy some solids, a nice long nursing session and then sleep. I don't really think formula would be the answer. Can you nurse him in bed? You might get more rest that way. He might also be waking just to make sure you are there. He could be beginning his "stranger anxiety" phase and just needs to make sure that you are nearby! Remember, this too shall pass and he will only be little for a short time!
