Lucas affectionately known to us as Moomie and more recently
Bubblicious on the Breastfeeding.com message boards was killed in a
tragic car accident May 3, 2004.Amy's sweet nature is missed by all of us
on the message boards.
She was a loving and caring wife to AJ
Lucas and mother to five beautiful children. Brittanie 10, TJ 9,
Nicholas 7, Jacob 4, and Adrien 11 months old.
Amy's home was in Cahokia Illinois.
Friends, family, coworkers, church members and people from across the
whole country have come together to help Amy's brave family deal with
their tragic loss. They have received a new car, free dental, money
and clothes for the children among other things,. Donations are coming
in from many loving people and organizations.
The women she loved to fellowship with on breastfeeding.com
were in the process of creating a cookbook for charity organizations
when the tragic news of Amy's death came to their attention. The
majority of the proceeds from the cookbook will now go to Amy's family.
