Although the room was tight
I loved it when you danced with Dad
And sang to me at night.

The world was my surprise;
But I felt such love and warmth
When I looked into your eyes.
"Thank you for the sweet, warm milk
From Mother Nature's cup;
It filled my belly, warmed my heart
I savored every drop!

That held me when I cried,
I know you cried then with me, too,
Until my tears had dried.

For what you've given me,
