I like your poll about the leashes. My son has the monkey one from walmart. He loves it! He has named it George (like Curious George). He is 2 1/2 and would rather walk than ride but I also have a 7 mo old so I'm always carrying a car seat around. My ds jerked his hand out of mine and ran away in the parking lot one time. It freaked me out so bad because I had to put the baby down and run after him. Both my children were in danger. I'm lucky no one took my baby and my ds didn't get run over. I don't care if people think I'm treating him like a dog.... he's safe. And that's all that matters.
Hello - I was wondering what state you live in? I have some experience with social services and could look up some resources for you to potentially look in to....as I just read your blog about heading back to classes and not being sure what to do with your little one in terms of daycare, etc.
