Birth centers and home births! Most people dont know that until recently, hospital births were actually more dangerous than a home birth. (Plus, a home birth is so much more personal -- truly much better!)
The Bradley Birth Method is also excellent. Much easier than Lamaze.
Infant potty training.... I didn't hear about it till Ky was 5 months old, but we saved a TON OF $ on diapers. LoL

Hotslings! Don't waste your money! If you are fairly well endowed you can NOT bf in them like they advertise and the sling REALLY hurt my neck and back.
