Hey, yes I work part tme for my husband and his brother here at the house, but before I had my son, I was working full time and had GROUP insurance with BCBS... when we went to individual policies, they saw in underwritting that he had RDS, and wouldn't cover him for the first 6 months and we said SCREW that ! lol  so now we have Kaiser.... we'll see how this goes!! Also, BCBS doubled my policy and so we had to cancel that and go with Kaiser as well for me too..... :)  so much fun!!

Congratulations on your little one boy! I am glad all went fairly well. Those days in the NICU are long hard days. I would suggest gas drops, Mycilin, I believe is the name. They helped my daughter, but I don't know if the baby has to be a certian weight. I would also suggest watching what you eat. Any foods that would cause you to have gas will cause the baby to have gas. I also avoid fried foods,& caffiene, when I first bring home a baby, then add them in, slowly after about a month. I will pray that all goes well, I know how exhausting the first few weeks can be. If you need anything just let me know!

Thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers.  I keep telling myself that it's God's will that I will provide for my son.  It's still hard at times to know that God may be saying it's time to wean him off the breast.  I pray to stay home, and I wonder why I'm not able to.  God's plan is not something I tend to not question but there are times I wonder why I'm not able to be home.  Thanks again and I'll be adding your family to my prayer list!  God bless, KIT if you will please?

Thank you!  Can you tell me if the BFing thing gets easier with the 2nd, 3rd, etc children?  I wonder if my body will react different the next go around.

wish I could offer some advice with the pumping, but I don't have much experience in that area. My oldest daughter weaned herself around nine months, so it could be a possiblity.

Our holiday was good thanks for asking. We spent all last week with the inlaws and the weekend with my parents. I understand the disipline thing. sometimes its hard when we are home all day. I know I get used to parenting a certain way and have my own rules and then when daddy get home sometimes it gets all messed up. But for certain when daddy does the correcting it breaks his poor little heart and means way more than if mommy had scolded him. Did you get to go anywhere? What do you do to destress especially when the kidos are stressful?
