Well, I'm only 25, but I got married 3 years ago, bought a house last year, and just had my first baby August 2008. I have a bachelor's degree of art and enjoy painting when I get a chance. Before I got married and had a baby, I used to scuba dive :)

Thanks for the advice. I will definitely try pumping in the morning before work and if that's not enough, I'll try pumping once at night until my supply comes back. She probably is going through a growth spurt, now that I think about it.

Your little girl is adorable!

Thank you!

I hope my advice has helped. When DD would nurse like that, frequent and not satisfied. I always assumed it was a growht spurt. I know as mommies we worry about every little thing. But it really is as simple as wet/dirty diapers and weight gain. I hope things are better now!

I tried to leave this in the blog but was unable to for some reason, I hope it helps.

My son is older (16mo) but since 11 months I have had to give a night time formula bottle even when I am home all day. He drinks the bottle in the bedtime hour before I espect him to sleep and then falls asleep after/during nursing. I don't know if this will help, but try giving the bottle a little earlier such as before you start the bedtime nursing and then she could dose off nursing like she surely enjoys.
Another solution that should definitly work if you can pump plenty at other times: when my son was two weeks old we got a device from a lactation consultant. You put extra pumped milk in a bottle that attaches to a long tube. You tape the end of the tube to your nipple so that when they nurse the extra milk is dripping into their mouth also and they get the extra milk while they nurse. He was younger then, but he didn't seem to notice or care that the tube was there, it's very soft and tiny. You can adjust how fast it drips by adjusting how high above your nipple you clip the bottle. That would work great for you.
Oh yes and if you are not already, co sleeping is great. I insisted on having a crib but by ten months gave up trying to use it Once I started co-sleeping I finally started to feel fairly rested. Someone once told me that they could tell if someone's baby slept in a different room that they are definitly not nursing and I laughed because it is very true.
