Reading, mostly, and hanging out with friends. I also love horses, but don't get much chance to ride.

Some all time favorites would be Mr. Holland's Opus, Sleepers, LOTR (all three), Rob Roy, Parenthood...I know there are tons I love I am not thinking of right this second.

I sort of go in cycles, right now it is mystery/suspense. I just finished all the Lee Child novels I could find and am working on J.A. Jance and F. Paul Wilson. Long time favorites are Dick Francis, Jonathan and Faye Kellerman, Lisa Kleypas, Lisa Gardner and lots more

I just turned 40, which has been a little hard for me. I have triplets who are 4 and a 6 year old son. We moved from Cincinnati to southern Alabama a few years ago, which has been quite an adjustment. I am a Christian, probably considered conservative (especially on this board LOL) and have really enjoyed the exposure to different views and beliefs represented here. We are homeschooling this year with mostly the Sonlight curriculum, along with some supplemental things from Abeka and Harcourt Press, Math-U-See and Handwriting Without Tears.
Ten years ago dh and I were relatively happy DINKS with no intention of changing. What a difference a decade makes! :)

Your children are beautiful. My son is a couple years away from school but we are starting to plan in advance (since we'll have to save for it). We either want to use the abeka videos or use the local christian school. My husband and I actually met at Pensacola Christian College and we worked over at the acadamy sometimes. Nice place...
