Blog Entry: Hi everyone! The newest addition to our family just turned 3 weeks yesterday.  My other two girls our 9 and 5, I breastfed both of them. I am exclusivley breastfeeding Kaysee (my newest).  We went in for her two week appt and she had dropped in weight.  She was born at 7lbs 13oz.  When we went in two weeks later she was at 7lbs 2oz.  We then had a follow up appt 4 days later and she only gained 2oz.  The Doc told me that babies should be gaining 1/2 an oz a day.  He wasn't super happy so he schedueld us another follow up to make sure she is gaining the appropriate amount of weight.  I REFUSE to put her on formula.  Any suggestions on how to "make" her gain weight? Has anybody heard of this before?  Im so confused because i never had any problems with my other two. I believe I am producing enough milk for how much she eats.  Any information would be great. Thanks so much. :)
