I used to like running, martial arts, and traveling, but I don't seem to have time for those now. I still love reading and I'm a crossword addict.

Terminator 2, Princess Bride, and Casablanca are favorites. I generally like anything funny and will watch anything with Jackie Chan.
Now that I have a little one, all I watch is Finding Nemo, Best of the Electric Company, Disney's Dinosaurs, Elmo's Potty Time, etc

I'm not too picky.

I am addicted to Alexander McCall Smith and have read everything he has released in paperback.

RECENT VISITORS

a good night's sleep (as I recall), sushi, somebody else cleaning my house...

I am an ER doctor, currently working part-time and staying home with our 2 year old. I worked a little bit when our son was two and three months old, and them stayed home with him until hewas ten months old. Not working is much much easier for breast feeding.
My husband is from Mexico, and we are currently living in southern Mexico half the time and in Oklahoma half the time. When I am in Oklahoma I work, and when I am in Mexico I am a stay at home mom. It definitely makes life interesting. I speak only a little spanish but am making slow daily progress. I have flown from Oklahoma to Mexico and back many times now with our son and am getting the hang of it.

Haven't been on here in a while - just wanted to say hi and see how you've been.

Thank you for the advice. I might try to let my husband give her a bottle first at bedtime and then nurse her to sleep... I think that might work. Thank you!

That's great that your husband wants to be the one to 'give the milk', too!. Feeding a baby, no matter whether formula or breast milk, is such a special experience.
