Does anybody take any sleep aids or have any advice for someone who has a very hard time falling asleep? (that is also safe to take while bfing)I've tried the Tylenol Simply Sleep but I have to take 3 of those things and even then it doesn't work. I don't like dopeing myself up like that. I've heard that Melanin is a good sleep aid, I think it is also naturally in your body. I don't know....any suggestions? ... Read More
