I have been breastfeeding actually pumping for 5 months and 1 week. My baby was born 10 weeks early. He was in the hospital for awhile. He could not suck and had to learn how to breastfeed. He never quit caught on, but I continued pumping. I had a whole big deep freezer almost filled to the top with breast milk. Now he has caught up, the milk in the freezer is gone. I am trying to keep up with the supply. Seems like I cant. Shouls I gove up pumping?? What should I do? Is there anything I can do... Read More
I have been suffering for a long time with an umbilical hernia. Ever since the first set of twins. The second set four years later just made matters worse. When I was having some milk supply issues my LC helped me work on a plan to increase my supply. It worked great so I thought I'd blog this info just in case it could help another mom out there struggling with supply issues.
