Basically, I'm just losing my mind. I have a fast let-down and baby wants the breast with the fast let-down, she likes the fast milk, even the other breast has a fast flow and when it slows down she wants to switch, but then she fusses because its fast. Its not every feeding, its not even most feedings, but when she is fussy about fast or slow milk, she doesn't stop fussing for about an hour. Does anybody take any sleep aids or have any advice for someone who has a very hard time falling asleep? (that is also safe to take while bfing)I've tried the Tylenol Simply Sleep but I have to take 3 of those things and even then it doesn't work. I don't like dopeing myself up like that. I've heard that Melanin is a good sleep aid, I think it is also naturally in your body. I don't know....any suggestions? ... Read More
