2 months and a new problem

So Joe went for his 1st shots yesterday and it was me who had to be ressured. I hate needles, everything to do with them. I really didn't want to watch as my son was poked at with them, all 5 of them. But I had too, this is the grown up stuff that I now have to deal with. After Joe was weighed and measured I got to have a sit down with the Doc. I had been trying to get a hold of the office for three weeks, concrened with the amount of food that my son was spitting up. His cry was becoming hourse, his voice actually cracking. He wasn't eating as much as he was. He was crying out as he had a bottle or he nursed. He was choking on his food as well. He would even cry out in his sleep and squeeze his eyes shut as he ate. I didn't know what was going on and I had no Doc to answer my questions. Monday of this week, as my son screamed his head off, I mixed a bottle with cereal in it. I only used half the recamended amount because Joe has a problem with constipation, but I mixed it. Granted it put him right to sleep, keeping him that way for nearly 10 hours, but it stopped the acid. Yes, he was woken up every 3 hours to eat and be changed. My mom yelled at me that I was going to make him sick, that he was too little for it. Yea that made me feel just great, but I kept giving it to him anyway. The Doc gave me the go ahead and as it turned out I was right. Joe has a mild case of acid reflux, one at this point that is being treated with 2 cereal babas a day, one in the morning and one at bed time. He also has a blocked tear duct, not something that she's too worried about. So now that I'm no longer covered in spit up, worrying about Joe choking to death on his own vomit, or that he is going to go blind in his left eye; the question remains. Why has my supply incresed slightly as I've started pumping exclusivly ?
