ok my son is in daycare. i am having a hard time getting a head to make sure he has enough BM with him at daycare. the first day he was in daycare he didnt even really need his bottles cuz i was able to get away and nurse him. today i was only able to nurse him during my lunch time. i sent him with 14oz of BM and he drank 12 oz b4 i got there. While i was at work i was only able to pump twice and got about 4oz all together. now that he is home i am nursing him so i will try and pump after i nurse him for the rest of the night but i dont think he will have enough, i think i am gonna try taking fenugreek to help my milk production. any other suggestions? i really dont want him to have formula bcuz im not pumping enough.

also does anyone know how to clean the tubes to the pump? (i have a medela advanced double electric) the tubes are foggy and wet.
