I think I am going to look for a house to move into by November.  My friend at work was talking about me getting one since the market isn't that hot right now and people want to sell esp the foreclosures.  He was telling me that his friend only pays 150 month for a place that was appraised at 140,000 but of course he got it for MUCH less.  There is a number I can call that he is getting for me to get a free list of home foreclosures.  I even talk to my mom about it and she thinks it is some thing that I should look into.

I would love not to live in an apartment anymore even though it does have its' advantages. I want my boys and I to have a yard to play in, to decorate it like I want, and plus be on my own for once.  That has been my goal for a while but I didn't think that would happen bc I can't afford a apt on my own.  I think this will be a step closer to having a somewhat normal life.  I am just tired of depending on people even though they do want to help me.  I just want to be independant and not worry about anyone else but my kiddos and me!
