Sick & milk supply

Hey everybody! Does your milk supply diminish when your sick? I've come down with a cold & noticed I couldn't pump as much as I usually can. I'm beginning to feel crappy . Baby had a runny nose but seems to be fine now.  What should I do besides increase my fluids? I haven't taken any meds & not going to. Thanks

I was sick four times with my 13 month old and everytime my milk supply dropped.  Best you can do is to try and rest as much as possible and sleep when you can.  Hope you feel better soon.

If I dont feel good my milk goes down also make sure you eat well also.
