I just wanted to introduce myself!! My name is april and I have a 4 yr old daughter who at 18mos of age was diagnosed with a very rare type of childhood lung cancer called PleuroPulmonary Blastoma. She went thru 6 surgeries, 3 chest tubes and over a year of chemotherapy! She is in remission now and doing well! She has to have ct's, mri's and bone scans done every 3 mos to make sure the cancer has not returned! My husband and I are pregnant with our 2nd child a boy he is due in January! I do have fears that he too will develop PPB. They think there might be a genetic link but the doctor's are not sure!
