The thought of cloth diapers has my head spinning.. I would love to use them, but with no washer or dryer at my home, this task would be hard..
I did meet a wonderful woman the other day at Babies R US (I was shoping for my son to be) and she stated that she used Fuzzi Bunz for they are softer, more obsorbent, and easier to put on the baby. I ran into her in the restroom, for my daughter who is 5 needed to potty. I asked the woman had she used cloth diapers all the time or just now, she said that with all three of her kids, she had used them...
I thought it was a great Ideal, and truthfuly a greener approach to life, but not for me, a mom, and a college student full time, there is no time in my world now..
Good luck and check on www.ask.com search for cloth diaper stats. I did that for a yahoo answers, question the other week, and tons of info came up. God bless from my family to yours!
Hi! My sister-in-law used Fuzzi Bunz and loved them! They are a little pricey. My pastor's wife uses the Kushies (can get at Walmart.com) and says they are good too (and much more affordable). I'm a teacher and may try the Kushies (at $40 for 5) over the summer since I'll be home. Good luck!
I'm just started them a couple days ago. I don't have a favorite one yet, but want to get the fuzzi bunz next. I have a couple friends and an aunt that have been using fuzzi bunz for a couple of years, and really like them. I have a 4 month old son, and was given about 100 gerber organic cloth diapers. I'm using those right now along with Kushies all in one diapers at night. The kushies work pretty well and can hold heavy wetters, which my son is a very heavy wetter, and they also have biodegradeable liners that can be flushed along with the poop so there's almost no mess. No more rinsing diapers in the toilet! Good luck!
