Can you take anything for a cold while breastfeeding?

I know you can take anything Tylenol.  There are lots of cold and sinus meds made by tylenol.  I think you can also take Robitussin but I would double check.  I think you can take those seltzer tabs too--the Alca Seltzer. I always stick to the Tylenol products, they make something for everything.
