My 2 month old gets frequent hiccups for no apparent reason. They really seem to distress her and she gets pretty fussy sometimes when she senses them comming on. She gets them more commonly after bf, but can also can get them after burping or what seems like no prompting at all. She got them a lot in utero and I can't say I miss that sensation, but I was wondering how long this "phase" will last. I know that hiccups are normal, I just wonder if anyone knows what causes them and how long it might be before these silly episodes go away!
