I NEED HELP!!!!!

My name is Ashley, Im 20 years only and just had a baby boy he is now 2 months old and little over 9 pounds....When i started Breastfeeding Drake (my son) I loved it! To me it was the best thing in the world! But now he can down with thrush and passed it on me, its was starting to clear up and i was starting to injoy the feeings again, but then my left nipple started to bleed and its more painful than ever to feed my baby on that side so i tried letting it heal by feed more on the right side, i worked until that side became blistered, now I dred every feeding i dont look forward to them at all, its so painful!! Please, what can i do to help them heal faster???

Girl I know what you mean!!  I totally feel your pain.  Lansinoh makes a lanolin ointment that really helped for me.  I think you can get it at Baby's R Us.  I got my tubes from the hospital.  Palmer's makes a nursing cream too.  Lansinoh is my pick for nursing creams though, my nipples started healing quickly.  You can get it at Target too.  I would look online and see where you can buy it.  Good luck Katkrazy!!  Try to push through the pain for a few more days, your nipples will heal faster than you think. Definately get some of that ointment!



thank you i found a Lanloin Spray that i could use so theres no rubbing involed and its safe for my baby because its all natrual

The same happen to me .... I use a natural product for nursing call purelan 100 by madela after each feeding that help me a lot
