Apple and Banana Breakfast!! yum!!
U need: 3/4 tbls of oats, 1/3 c water, 1 small apple peeled and finely chopped, 1/2 small bananna mashed, 1/2 tbls chopped golden raisins or i use prunes that i pruee in the end.
Put oats, water, apple and banana in small pan, stir to mix. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover, simmer for about 5-10 min.
Add raisins or prunes while still hot. I then puree it in my FP till it is the way my babe likes it. I also use a mixture 1part juice and 3parts water to help thin it out while i pruee it in the FP. This is ok in the freezer for up to 4 weeks but only in the fridge for 24 hrs. Hope you all like it babies!!! mine loves it!!!
NOTE: you can add more fruit or oats whatever ur babe likes!!! Enjoy !!!
