Bumps on arms

I get these little bumps on my arms that I pick.  I actually pick to the point of bleeding, stress and nerves obviously.


Little itty, bitty hairs come out and they pop like a pimple.  I keep telling people that but they don't believe me.  It's almost like they are ingrown.


Anyone else have this?  It's mostly on the back but on the front too.

Yep.  I've got em too.  Kinda fun to pick, but ugly to look at.  My poor children have them too, but on their cheeks, as well.  I know exactly what you're talking about.  I probably have them worse than most.
