Help please

Please help me! Every time I go to the lactation consultants they tell me something different.
My baby seems to latch sometimes and then he is either not sucking or he doesn't get any out from not sucking hard enough after 30-40 min of "nursing". I have MORE than enough milk. He often bites me or will not latch in an angry tirad. I am pumping and feeding in the bottle but I still am trying him to the breast at least 4 times a day. His tongue rest up sometimes which could be a problem and they have also told me my son's chin is too recessed preventing bottom lip flare and not a good seal with latching. They have also said he has a suck problem and there is nothing more I can do except go to a specialist. I am so frustrated. Any suggestions or ideas will be so appreciated.
