I'm currently pregnant with my second child who is due in March. I really want to breastfeed him and do it right this time, because with my daughter it was one of the most painful experiences of my life so I stopped. I am currently breastfeeding my 14 month boy. About two months ago I had wrinkle fillers injected around my lips. Before the procedure I asked the doctor if it was ok with breast feeding and she said yes! Yesterday I saw an advertisement for Restyalane and they said it is not for women that are pregant or breast feeding. I have recently started to prepare my breasts for my infant, I have a double breast pump, I see milk and colostrum coming from my right breast. But my left breast, out of one duct is a black looking substance. It continues to come out of my left breast. I thought maybe it was a clogged duct, and it would work its way out. But it has been 3 weeks now, and still comes out. When I wipe it with a tissue, it almost looks like and watered down ink.

Well, I tried to no avail it seems. Hopefully, I can get it back but nothing seems to work. Even the Lactation Consultant at the hospital said I was doing everything I could. But It seems like I'm drying up. Every time I express milk now, whether manually or with the pump it's always less and less. I can't help being stressed out. O.k; so i'm going on vaction next week and we have a 9 12 hr flight. i have a 3yrs old boy & a 2month old baby girl. I'm very nervous about my 3yr old as far as him being occupied. Any suggestions or tips. Please help!
