Hi,i'm new to this site, and was just hoping to get some input and support for nursing! I have to get gal bladder sergery soon, and i really dont want to give my baby a bottle, i have never pumped yet either,have any of you had their gal bladder out, and were able to nurse after the sergery?? I feel almost guilty even to try to give her a bottle,maby thats just me, but I love to nurse! I know that if i pumped she would still be getting my milk,but she wont take a pacifier let alone a bottle... Read More
Joey is almost 6 weeks old and is going through a growth spurt, at least i think he is. Until recently, Joey was actively eating every 3 hrs, occasionally falling asleep during feedings. Now he's eating about every hour and just on one side before he dozes off. (Its impossible to keep him awake long enough to switch to the other side, nothing works.) I'm so desparate for help. i have a 13 month old that i exclusively BF - i've tried giving her milk (all kinds) she doesn't drink it at all. i wake up like every 2-3 hours to nurse her, i get her out of the crib nurse her then put her back in there asleep sometimes awake then she falls alseep. she eats all day and right before bed we stuff her. i BF her before work, at lunch and after work, total 5-6 times a day and 3-5 times a night. i love BFing but i'm getting so tired and i get depressed whe...
