The correct answer is d, or nothing at all.  The majority of people who are colonized with MRSA do not know it and will not have any infections related to it.  A natural history study published two years ago in Clinical Infectious Diseases prospectively evaluated 800 military students.  Three percent were colonized with MRSA.  38% of those went on to develop skin and soft tissue infections.Skin infections related to MRSA can be indistinguishable from those caused by any o...
