Hi , Just wanted some advice I am still breastfeeding my 15 month old I was originally going to do it for 1 year but we think she might be allergic to milk. I really don't want to give her soy milk I have read a lot of bad stuff about it but I have noticed my milk has gone down a bit since she is eating more solids. I've been taking fenugreek (again) to boost my milk supply for about a month now. I read that on kellymom.com u can take up to a total of 12 pills 610mg a day. So that’s what I've been doing. But I started thinking that every time my milk supply decreases its due because of my period. It happens every time. But my question is…can taking too much fenugreek actually decrease your supply? Joey was going to give Camryn a bath the other night. She was getting fussy b/c it was time to eat but she had vomitted all over herself and needed to be washed up. Well our trip to CT is getting much, much closer. For those who dont know in Juliy SO and I bought airline tickts to visit his girls in the Christmas holidays (Dec. 21-Jan 9.) My daughter Gillian(whom I nursed until she weaned herself-I was heartbroken!-at 10.5 months) is five years old, and at times still has separation issues when I have to go to work.
