I'll start by saying this is the absolute most fulfilling experience in my life. Its amazing the way we as women were created so intricately by the loving & careful hands of God. Hate it when I have to miss Yoga. I was going to try my best to make it today but my back had other ideas. The instructor called and asked if I could take over the class because her daughter was sick. I was in no shape to teach yoga today. Instead, we went to the chiro where he adjusted me and gave me some tips on a new pillow. I didn't think that's it, perhaps it was just some fluke but I am feeling abit better after seeing him.
