Cloth or disposable?
Posted On 06/07/2008 16:50:32 by angelhas4
Hi there all! I am wondering what kind of diapers people favor. Do you use disposable?? What kind? When I use them I used to go for the ones I "thought" were the best because of the brand ( pampers or huggies) but then I tried Luvs and first of all they are cheaper (10.99 jumbo pk) and also you get more in each pack (ex. size 3 luvs 60 pr jumbo pk, other brands only 40 pr jumbo pk) than the other brands. They actualy do not leak and they in my opinion are better than the big name brands also if you sign up at their web site they will send you coupons via e-mail or postal. Well recently I researched cloth diapers and they can be an expensive starting investment if you want the ones that are actualy going to keep baby dry as well as not leak through. I found a site that links to free diaper patterns www.diaperjungle.com and I made one so far (aio diaper) and than I made one from my own made up pattern( I used a disposable for example) anyway I used fleece outer layer, pul and than fleece inner layer and my soakers are microterry with microfleece on top of that and they snap in the diapers. Is anyone else using cloth? I would love to know what yours are made out of!! Please share.:o)

I use cloth, and we use Kushies and the standard folding ones. Yiou can get the Kushies thru Wal-Mart.com and they aren't that expensive. It's $50 for 5 diapares.
