I need help?

Hi i am a pro at this now. I am brestfeeding my 3rd daughter and she is 7 months old. However she is allergic to foods. Wheat, Milk, Eggs and Peanuts. I am in the process of giving up milk i have already but having a hard time with it. I still though continue to eat all the rest. I am truly considering putting her on formula just so she cannot continue to recieve the allergins thru my milk i am so tired and seeking support any one please have u ever been thru this??  Help!!! :(
