I think a few little pimples are normal in newborns, left over from birth. They usually go away after a while. The gas medicine that worked for my son was Mylicon gas relief. It seemed to help him out when he acted uncomfortable.
Your welcome! 12 wet diapers sounds about right to me. That’s about how many my son averaged when he was that age. Same with the dirty diapers too. My son was gassy a lot when he was that age, maybe that could be the fussiness he is going though. Do you ever use gas medicine on him?
