Breast feeding - help

my 5 day old baby has a watery bowel movements and screams within15- 20 minutes of breastfeeding.  She seems to be ok when I give her formula.  When she has a bowel movement after the formula she does not cry.  Can something in my  breast milk be causing her to react this way.  I eat relatively healthy so I don't think it is my diet?

I have not breatfed since last night because I don't want her to scream like she is  pain.  She has been like this the past 2 days.
